Trip Report – Wednesday October 21st 2015 – Botanic Gardens Nurses Garden with Jane Coulter

Trip Leader and Report by Jane Coulter
Half a dozen of us met at the nurses garden (between the band rotunda and the hospital) is a great place for new spring growth.  It is full of perenials which burst forth at this time of year, offering up fresh vibrant greens and pops of colour.  We charged out using macro lenses and lens babies to capture gorgeous perennials, magnolias and leafy things.  We had a great morning until it got too windy, and then we adjourned to the café for a well deserved coffee.
Cheers Jane
