Nurse’s Garden with Jane
This month Jane lead eight of us on a Spring Ramble to the Nurse’s Garden. The garden, which is between the hospital and the band rotunda, is beautiful at this time of year, with spring shrubs, clematis, peonies all coming into flower. Bluebells gave a wonderful opportunity to experiment with cell phone photography after listening to Jim Harding the previous Monday. Around 11am the group gathered together for a coffee and muffin at the cafe in gardens. Afterwards, some of us were delayed leaving by the stunning flower bracts of dogwoods.
