Bevan Tulett FPSNZ

Bevan was born and raised in Christchurch. Growing up on a farm (by city boundary) was probably where his interest in photography all began, animals, birds and the great outdoors were always close by. He joined the Christchurch Photography Society over 25 years ago and competed successfully in both film and digital, winning many top awards. As a dedicated photographer he has visited most of New Zealand’s wild / iconic places and explored the back country extensively. Landscape, birds and alpine flowers are his favourite subjects. Over the years has judged numerous local and national competitions including CPS end of year champions, Laurie Thomas (NZ) Landscape, PSNZ Open, Trenna Packer (NZ Clubs) Nature, Southern Regional (South Island) Nature.  He ably served 4 years as chair of NPSNZ Honours Board.
PS Also a variety of photographic work spanning many years (to help fund the passion) postcards, weddings, Christchurch City Council promotions, Photo tours, calendars etc.
